Returns & Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day return period, which means you have 14 days from the date your order is marked as delivered to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused, unworn, and unwashed
- In the same condition as received
- With all original tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, contact us at alexis@certainlysaints.com within the 14-day return window. If your return request is approved, you will receive return instructions via email.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Return shipping fees are non-refundable. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Restocking Fee
All approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. This fee covers inspection, handling, and processing costs.
Damages and Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error, contact us at alexis@certainlysaints.com within 48 hours of delivery with photo documentation so we can review the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized products
- Perishable goods
- Personal care items
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If your return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired item separately.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with applicable law. Items must meet the same return conditions listed above. Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer, and a restocking fee may apply where legally permitted.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus the restocking fee and original shipping costs, within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
